Got my Pinterest on today. It's such a dorky exhilarating feeling to actually complete a Pinterest project!!!
One project down. Five ZILLION to go. I present dry erase weekly calendar collage!
The colors are a bit darker and rustic than appear in this weirdly lit photo- courtesy of my kitchen that has horrrrrid lighting!!!! I purchased the photo collage at Hob Lob. This is the 4x6 version. They have a 5x7 one. It was reg. price $24 and I of course snagged it at 1/2 price. The hubs removed and relocated the "saw tooth" hangers on the back b/c it was supposed to be hung the other direction. I used scrapbook paper and my cricut to decorate it. (I will say I found the exact same collage at Wally World for $9 the other day.)
I plan to use mine to keep track of our weekly activities. I may use it to keep track of what's for dinner, but kind of have other ideas for a menu board. I use an awesome app on my phone (pocketlife) to keep track of our activities, Matt's travels, school schedules, etc. but this calendar collage will be a great visual for the rest of the family to know what in the world is going on around here!
