One of our Homeschooling groups hosts one of the biggest Field Day's in the area! We had never been able to attend, but this year it worked out – and the kids loved it! Such a beautiful little park on a beautiful day.
There was some egg laying and egg balancing..which the boys got a giggle out of!
Both boys won the foot race in their age category....Aidan just barely since he likes to look at and run with his friends. Not competitive much. Isaac on the other hand- eat my dust dude!
A little throwing and hurdle jumping...
Sack race was a hoot to watch!! Luckily Aidan doesn't have enough teeth to bite his tongue off if he had fallen! Ha!
My favorite was the three legged race. Always a good time when you tie two active boys together and expect them to race others!
Fun with flying pool noodle rockets and plungers with beach balls.
Jump the river long jump. Believe it or not Isaac-short-leg-Stout lasted one round longer than Aidan!
Hula Hoopin'. Emma was one of the finalist for her age group. The boys lasted just long enough for me to get this photo! We need to practice I guess!

What a fun day to celebrate our school year with the sweet friends we have made on our homeschooling journey.
Good thing we had fun cause silly mommy signed us up for another field day for this week! Can't have too much fun in the sun right?
