Aidan had an Easter party at his Preschool. Emma tagged along with me. I finally got the chance to meet my future daughter-in-law Katie. The brunette in pink. Then there's Maggie the blonde in pink that apparently tells her mom how Aidan is her BFF. Us moms had a laugh over these 3 kiddos! :) He was obviously set & ready for the egg hunt!
Saturday we went to a festival & egg drop held by our church. The boys LOVED the inflatables. Especially the T-rex one!
After patiently waiting in lines for jumpies (are they not cute!!!??) we headed over to wait for the arrival of the helicopter that was dropping the eggs. Aidan was amazed...and shocked!!! It was LOUD!
I was SO glad I dressed them in the same color! There were so many kids everywhere and of course they took OFF after the eggs.
They were pleased with their haul!
Once home we decorated our boiled eggs. Aidan was quick to color his and was more interested in eating them. He has an obsession with "rotten" eggs.
Meticulous Emma was a bit frustrated by the inaccuracy of the dye and paint brush.
Then there's Isaac. He took this to a whole-notha-level. Sometimes using two brushes at once. Very seriously studying his eggs and color choices. He had a great time!
After church we did our own little hunt at the house. We had a few giant eggs that held a baseball glove for the boys and a few scrapbooking items for Emma.
